Private Infinity Edged Pool

The beautiful pool has amazing Panoramic Views of the surrounding hills and has beautiful views down the olive tree lined valley to the Mediterranean Sea.

The pool is designed to be eco-friendly and uses salt water (only a tenth as salty as sea water), so avoids eye and skin irritation. The pool meaures 11.5m x 4.5m. The pool has lighting, so can be used after dark.

Landscaped Garden

The hillside garden is traditionally terraced. The low level is accessed from the kitchen, and is child friendly - fences surround the terrace, and all exits are gated. There is a large Alfresco dining table with shade, herb garden and barbecue.

The second level is landscaped and has a variety of fruit trees, including lemon and limes.

The third level houses the pool and a stone paved terrace with seating area and luxury sunbeds. There is also an outside shower and a toilet/changing room.

The fourth level has a viewing deck with beautiful views and is an ideal for relaxing with a book and a glass of local wine !

Garden lighting means the garden can be safely used after dark.

Roof Terrace

In addition to the garden, a large roof terrace offers breathtaking views over the valley and sea. Seating and a couple of Steamer Chairs make it an ideal place to relax and enjoy a nightcap !

Garage

The house also has a car garage, ideal for keeping the car cool on hot summer days. There is also a free public car park close to the house for additional vehicles.
